Lamb of God (Flower Mound, TX) describes their church and preschool as a family of real people dedicated to following Jesus Christ. This Lutheran community launched a church capital campaign for debt reduction. Consequently, they needed effective capital campaign materials to communicate their initiative throughout 3-years.
While working with the church campaign consultants at Abundant Congregations, they devised a debt reduction plan and clarified the language and tone of their campaign communications. Any creative solutions needed to align with their multigenerational membership, stained glass imagery, and the brand color brown. And to mail campaign packs to each household, their core paper materials needed to fit in a 6.5x9.5in envelope. Also, after exploring various church capital campaign slogans, "Freedom to Act" seemed to resonate best with their North Texas suburban congregation and current situation.
With such unique parameters and content needs, one would be hard-pressed to pay and download effective church capital campaign templates. And then, you would still need quality full-color prints to aid the perceived significance of the campaign. Therefore, LOG's capital campaign manager used our affordable full-services to receive fully-custom, clear, cohesive, and compelling deliverables from start-to-finish. See how their church capital campaign materials turned out below.
12 vibrant capital campaign and launch event materials for church fundraising
We crafted a thin-lined emblem to be the centerpiece of their church capital campaign materials. The mark needed to express "freedom" with outward motion while remaining straightforward and conservative. See other examples of logos for church capital campaign themes.
The multipage case statement brochure served as the centerpiece of their campaign. We designed 12-pages, 6 x9in., within a horizontal layout. Stylistically, the angular shapes echoed the same outward motion of the emblem logo. With each spread, the angular shapes and unique vintage-modern colors were implemented with nuance to feature the stained-glass background imagery. This 3.5x8.5in. pledge card design included a perforated card for donors to rewrite their commitments, rip, and keep as a receipt. The use of vibrant orange ushers the eye through key content and form fields. The 2-sided layout allowed for ample space for each field while bringing focus and balance to the overall design. For donor families to easily mail their pledges back to the church, a pre-formatted No10 envelope was distributed along with the commitment card. See more examples of return envelopes for capital campaigns.
A series of 4x6in. postcards were created for prayer vigils and other church capital campaign launch events. View other postcard mailers for church fundraising.
LOG's donor package consisted of standard elements, the campaign case statement brochures, pledge cards, return envelopes, and invite cards. The 6.5x9.5in. envelope design used the boldest layout of elements to cut through the clutter when mailed. See other examples of capital campaign package envelopes.
This 8.5x11in. letterhead and No10 envelope set came in handy to send various church fundraising specific letters from the pastor, campaign managers, and general church staff. View other samples of capital campaign letters and envelope sets.
