The refundable damage deposit is intended to cover minor damages incurred by clients or their guests. Damages to the facility or the furniture, fixtures and equipment valued more than the refundable deposit amount are the financial responsibility of the client or entity renting the facility. Client will be provided copies of receipts or invoices for repairs or replacement of those items damaged.
Conduct deemed disorderly at the sole discretion of Suite One Eleven staff shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the rental period. In such cases NO refund of the event costs shall be made.
Events with mostly underage guests, such as school dances, underage guests do not have in and out privileges.
