Located in a suburb of tech country, Grace's architecture gleams of mid-century modern charm. However, the 70-year-old property needed upkeep and repurposing of spaces for better community engagement and AV upgrades. This was somewhat of a general approach to capital campaign fundraising. The more substantial response, the more Grace Lutheran would be able to do. Therefore, the capital campaign theme was "Generations of Grace." Our client's "generations to come" focus inspired giving generously for their campus to remain a blessed legacy. Also, their tithing increases would support the needs of ELCA Ministry Partners, local helping ministries, and Global Lutheran partners.
